Team Coaching is a group of people who are qualified, as a team in an institution, to receive coaching as a group within a planned process in order to create an environment and relationships that will allow them to work more effectively, more efficiently and more harmoniously.

Team Coaching is to enable team members to understand team dynamics through applied studies, workshops, games, team coaching tools, questions and reflections of team coaches for the awareness and learning of the team in the process. Team coaching is to prepare the necessary environment for the team members to realize their areas of improvement, to determine the action plans that will pave the way for their improvement in those areas, to share new concepts in each practice, to make their needs aware and to accompany them in their progress towards their goals. Teams work together according to a procedure and plan that was created in conjunction with them and takes into account their demands.
